A vintage Jagat Narain & Sons, New Delhi, genuine gold and silver threaded, handmade zardozi featuring a delicate feather and fan repeat. The fans are a mix of red, blue, and green, accentuated by silver feathers. In between the repeat is a threaded cross pattern. The base of the bag is a black velvet material and there's a flat strap to the back. Within the bag is a toasting programme for an event, 1966, at a Berkshire bowling club. The bag is very good condition with minor thread loss but some sagging to the bottom of the bag. |
